We are Stillwater's first community of freelancers, micro businesses, entrepreneurs, creatives and remote workers sharing office space, meeting rooms, ideas, creativity, and networks while striving to increase our confidence, productivity, focus, health, wealth and happiness!

Door codes
When you join WorkIT, you will be provided with your own custom door code for the office. You may choose a code to access the front door or the side door but not both. This code is not to be shared with anyone.
- Front Door
To access the building through the front door, you will use your individual four digit code and push the large button centered on the bottom of the panel.
- When Arriving
If you arrive before business hours, please lock the door behind you. Our manager will unlock the door when they arrive for the day’s business hours.
- Side Door
To access the building through the side door, you will use your four digit code OR your finger print. If you elect to use your finger print, you will place your finger in the center of the panel until you hear the locking mechanism activate.
- When Leaving
When leaving after business hours ALWAYS lock the door behind you!
Normal business hours are M-F 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Mailboxes
& suite numbers
Here at WorkIT, we give our members the opportunity to rent mailboxes as well as suite numbers. If our members choose to utilize this benefit, we help them to choose a suite number and set everything up for you.
- Mailboxes
You will choose a 3-digit code to access your mailbox. We sort mail as it arrives so it’s ready for you when you check your box. For packages larger than a mailbox, we will indicate there is a package for you in the mailing area.
- Suite Numbers
Our members who have private offices also have the option to get a suite number without a mailbox. In these cases, we place any mail or packages received in the member’s office before immediately locking the office back.
PRINTING
Printing is one of the most utilized benefits at WorkIT. Just connect to the wifi, choose your printer on your computer’s printer settings, and go! All printers can copy and scan to your computer or flash drive. Each member gets 50 prints per day. Need to print more? email@coworkit.net

We offer a wide array of events here at WorkIT and enjoy making our members feel included while providing a fun and educational atmosphere. The below events are just a couple of things offered here each month. Scan the QR code to learn about all our upcoming events!
- Lunch & Learn
Each month we bring in a guest speaker to teach about many different business skills, strategies, ideas, or life skills. Lunch is provided during the presentation, which is free for members!
- Book Club & Tai Chi
Each month, we host a book club followed by Tai Chi in the upstairs conference room. Be sure to check your email and the downstairs TV for details as we publish them in the monthly newsletter.
- Member Happy Hour &
Downtown Third Thursday Event
Main street Stillwater coordinates this monthly event where many main street businesses and local vendors open up for the evenings and display local art while offering wine sampling and/or snacks. This is a great opportunity to meet other local business while enjoying beautiful Stillwater art. Members have a happy hour with refreshments from 4 to 5 each 3rd Friday of the month.
